We're officially on holiday here at imood HQ, but I wanted to take the time to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and for those of you who had to postpone Hanukkah celebrations like I did (can you believe it, Hanukkah was way early this year, and I'm not getting my latke fix until the day after Christmas), happy Hanukkah!
And while we're at it, Happy New Year. 2007 was a tricky year all around, full of drama for many people I know, and I have high hopes for 2008.
Be good, everyone!
Hey guys, I just worked on this AWESOME Halloween card that lets you dress up yourself and your friends (or some political people you may love and hate) in goofy Halloween costumes and I thought you might be interested.
So, the reason why I haven't been updating this here little news box lately is that I've been spending a lot of my time building a kick ass site for musicians with a couple of my friends. We've been working on it for about two years now, we launched earlier this year, and if you're a musician, I really think that it can change the way you make music.
Anyway, the site is called Indaba Music and it's a new way for musicians to collaborate with each other online. We've got some remix contests going on over there, we've got a fairly full-featured online production console, and we've got a worldwide community of musicians looking to collaborate.
And for anyone who isn't a musician out there, well it's a pretty neat way to find some new artists too.
I'm not even going to bother apologizing for the lack of updates here - I'm just lazy. It's not that I don't love you guys - I do! - 2007 has just been a really odd year for me. It's raining here in NYC, and probably all over the Northeast coast of the United States. Summer had finally arrived, and all of a sudden we're stuck with rain again. Alas. I wonder how much of the Internet is feeling gloomy, just like I am?
